A professional studio, set up in your gym or hall, with parents paying a small contribution to have great portraits taken & then a substantial discount on anything purchased. I don’t just present the pictures & tell the parents to take them or leave them, I give each group a personal viewing session afterwards to help select the right images in the right format.

You set the rate & keep all the session fees. I’ve done all the hard graft, all you need to do is let parents know & watch the money coming in - what could be easier? A weekend is usually best, as your school hall is often unused then. Let me know if you’d like to talk to previous satisfied PTAs.

clubdays

Like SchoolDays, you get me, my cameras & equipment for free for the day & your members get great portraits for knock down prices. You decide the fee to charge & keep all the proceeds.

Personal viewing sessions for your members after the day ensure they get the very best quality of customer service & choice.

The structure for the day will depend on your club’s activity & location. Tennis, skating, rugby badminton, go-karting, water skiing... they all have different requirements & I will adapt to each. I can even do underwater shots for swimming or diving clubs! Just contact me to talk through what you’d like.

However the day is organised, you will end up with easy revenue & your members will get some great images - guaranteed!*

* I guarantee my work, so not only do the participants not pay me anything until they have seen their images, but if they are really not happy, I will offer them a free studio portrait session in auckland. All they risk is the booking fee they pay you.

auction prizes

As an inducement & thank you to take part in a Schoolday or Clubday, I offer schools or clubs an auction prize worth over $600. Occasionally, I will agree to donate an auction voucher independently of these for great causes. If you think you’d qualify, just get in touch. A sample of the voucher can be seen here:

raffle or promotional vouchers

As an additional inducement, I offer schools or clubs 3 promotional vouchers to use in whatever way they see fit - auction, raffle, give away - to benefit their organisation. A sample of the voucher can be seen here:

event goody bag vouchers

if you are holding an event, I would be glad to contribute a voucher for you to give away in a goody bag, or hand out on the day. A sample can be seen here:
