I have a reportage, journalistic style for weddings, so please come & talk to me & let me show you examples. It is important for you to choose a photographer whose style suits you!

I weigh the cost of weddings heavily in favour of capturing the best possible images on the day. No compromise on the time taken to prepare & create your ultimate images, means that the best raw material is available to create beautiful albums. Then, if budgets squeak, it is possible to initially create a simple package but come back later for more elaborate ones.

TIME Pack - $3,800, includes:

Planning:

Preliminary meeting - up to 1 hour at studio - clients & photographer

Planning meeting - up to 1.5 hours - clients & photographer

Location scouting & visits - up to 4 hours - photographer (& clients if desired)

Shoot planning - up to 2 hours - photographer & assistant(s)

Wedding Day:

Photographer & up to two assistants (photographer to judge size & complexity)

No time limit - start at dawn, end after reception, as required.

No location limit (just physical limits -can't be in two places at once!)

Photographer will help control & manage the location moves & timing as pre-planned

Post-Wedding:

Preliminary Image selection & processing - up to 5 hours to create client selection & upload to web

Client viewing & selection in studio - up to 2 hours

Images available to view online anytime after client viewing

No prints are included in the time pack. Combine it with the Kiss Pack or other options.

KISS Pack - $680 with Time Pack, $920 without, includes:

The simplest solution for the budget-conscious: provide your own album, get some advice

with the layout & receive prints to physically place in the album or hand out to friends.

Simple album design advice - up to 1 hour at the studio

Album prints - x50 up to 5x7" (additional prints (over x50) ordered at the same time - $7.50 / up from 6x4 - $2.50)

Album prints - x50 up to 6x4" (additional prints (over x50) ordered at the same time - $5)

All the prints I produce are on matt paper stock unless you either ask for gloss or I suggest it for some images.

Other Album & Presentation Packs: please discuss your requirements for a quote

Options:

Additional assistants - $450

Additional planning or viewing time - $150 per hour

Pre-wedding shots charged at $180 per hour

6x8" prints ordered at the same time - $10 / up from 6x4 - $5 / up from 5x7 - $2.50

A range of albums can be supplied at different price points

Booking:

I require 20% (of the total package) as a booking fee, then the full amount of the TIME Pack 8 weeks prior to the event. Both amounts are non-refundable, unless a cancellation is made more than 2 months prior to the wedding date, in which case 50% of the booking fee will be repaid.

Any balance to be paid upon collection.

I take immense care in planning & preparation.

Weddings anywhere in the world can be catered for, but for outside Auckland please do ask for a quote to cover the additional time & travel costs.

I ensure that I introduce myself to the priest and/or celebrant & the management of the chosen reception location. Also, any other involved parties that will have any impact on the smooth running of the day, like the chauffeur, florist & pianist. Not forgetting, of course the bride & groom! I ensure that any plans anyone might be involved in are discussed in advance whenever possible.
